Prerequisites

There is a list of requirements for your horse before being brought to me for training. Make sure the horse is halter broke, leads, is de-wormed a month before coming, feet trimmed 2-3 weeks before arriving, and has their teeth done by an Equine Dentist. The dentist comes to my place here and does all horses in training with me before I will ride them. You don’t have to arrange this unless you’re booking with me for the winter months, December to March.

The training process goes along quicker when the horse is halter broke and the teeth have been done. Instead of spending 4-5 or more days halter breaking and teaching the horse to lead, I can get the horse right into my program.
